飛鳥資料館ライブラリとして、過去に開催された飛鳥資料館大野焼き大会を紹介します。飛鳥資料館の野焼き大会は、1997年から2003年まで、連続7回、毎年晩秋のイベントとして開催されました。
会場は、飛鳥資料館中庭
当時、国立文化財研究所である飛鳥資料館で開催されるイベントとしては、画期的な参加型イベントでした。
飛鳥資料館で行われた異例のイベント、【大野焼き大会】の記録を、公開したいと思います。

平成23年度冬期企画展「飛鳥の考古学2011」
日時：平成24年1月20日（金）〜2月26日（日）*月曜休館
（2月5日（日）は無料入館日）
場所：飛鳥資料館 特別展示室
時間：午前9時〜午後4時半(入館は午後4時まで）
料金：一般260円（170円） 大学生130円(60円） 高校生および18歳未満は無料

各調査機関の最新の発掘成果を報告する「飛鳥の考古学2011」。今年は、科学分析など最新の調査成果も展示します。
斉明天皇墓の可能性が高まった牽牛子塚古墳の調査では、新たに越塚御門古墳が発見され、大田皇女の墳墓ではないかと話題になりました。推古天皇が埋葬されたと推定される植山古墳の発掘成果とも合わせ、女帝の奥津城の一端を知ることができるでしょう。
